1. Order Cancellation:
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by emailing us at support@elysiancomfort.co.uk with your order number. We will confirm your cancellation and process your refund within 7-8 business days.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our return and refund procedure outlined below.

- The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Custom-made or bespoke furniture pieces are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
- Clearance or sale items may have specific return conditions, which will be stated on the product page.

- Return Authorisation: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Secure Packaging: Please carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, or if we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
